Starting in 2013 with a small grill and a borrowed trailer, Owner and Chef, Matt Lotz, began implementing years of experimenting with recipes, cooking, grilling, and entertaining.
Influenced by Bobby Flay and other famous grilling chefs, Matt passionately researched new recipes and just the right amount of quality ingredients in search of the perfect flavor.
